Leftovers

Summer 2008
Leftovers, Summer Exhibition at Berg-Kragerø Museum, Kragerø, Norway

Inghild Karlsen presents an installation and large-scale photographs from a traditional bronze foundry during her stay in Brazil.
“Nothing Disappears” is an exhibition about consumption and reuse. The artists show the artwork during the philosophy festival On the Edge (På kanten). The theme of the festival in 2008 was waste and recycling, thus the name “Leftovers”.
Inghild uses the remaining moulds after her bronze red-eyed dogs to create sculptures for the installation.
On the opening day, she and Bo Bisgaard performed in the exhibition space.

Collaboration with Bo Bisgaard.
