Almost Grown Up is the 20th Anniversary Jubilee Exhibition at Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium. The exhibition features 51 works of artists spanning various sizes and time periods. Overall, the show revisits artworks from almost all the exhibitions held at the art space over the years. The Exhibition Hall was primarily devoted to solo exhibitions of Norwegian artists, including Inghild Karlsen, Synnøve Anker Aurdal, and Trude Viken.
Almost Grown Up showcased Ingrid Karlsen’s contribution to a 2009 show called Nachspiel / Vorspiel (Afterparty / Preparty), featuring works by the last ten festival artists exhibiting at Bergen International Festival, one of Norway’s largest cultural events each year.
