Still Life is an attempt to view social and political issues from a consistently artistic standpoint – an attempt to overcome the artistic hierarchy, where sound, visuals and music are reduced to passive servants of the text, the narrative and the ‘message’.
Inghild Karlsen was the production designer and scenographer for this short film.
